Three teens injured in Nodaway County wreck

CLEARMONT, Mo. - The Missouri State Highway Patrol says three teenagers were injured in a single-vehicle wreck in Nodaway County.

The Patrol says 17-year-old Abbie Morrow, of Burlington Junction, was driving a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix on 170th Rd., three miles southeast of Clearmont, at 9:15 p.m. last Friday.

Authorities say the car traveled off the road and struck multiple trees. Morrow refused treatment at the scene. 17-year-old Ashlynn Roberts and a 16-year-old girl, both of Clarinda, Iowa, were taken to Mosaic in Maryville.

The 16-year-old was not wearing a seat belt and suffered serious injuries.
